CONDITIONS OF USE

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you are granted the right by Ensign Games., Inc., to use one copy of the unique serial numbers given upon payment to access the Dream Stripper software program. You may not use it otherwise except in conjunction with another Legitimate copy of the program on the same computer as that on which it is initially used, nor may you rent or lease it, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the software in any way. The images included are the property of Ensign Games Inc. and may not be use to gain any form of monetary profit be required or in a commercial manner or other manner other than as entertainment on the computer to which the serial code was initially installed. The use of Dream Stripper for commercial or presentation in any other format or to groups is forbidden without the written permission of Ensign Games Inc. in advance. Ensign Games Inc. has the ultimate rights to all aspects and images and any other unique or distinctive elements. Any use of these elements for any purpose other than personal entertainment without the expressed, written permission of Ensign Games Inc. Is forbidden.

Use the test function to determine if Dreamstripper, the game, will function on your computer. No guarantee of functionality is offered or given. The fee paid purchases one unique activation code whose purpose is to render the Dream Stripper Computer Program functional on one (1) computer. NO REFUNDS are given for any reason once a unique serial number activation code has been obtained. This is the case whether or not said activation code is employed.

The enclosed software program, libraries, graphics, and all written material are the sole property of Ensign Games Inc., Inc. and its suppliers, and are protected under the copyright laws of the United States of America and all International Treaties.

This software product is presented AS IS, and Ensign Games Inc., its suppliers, dealers or distributors make no warranty with respect to the performance, quality, or fitness for any purpose of the Dream Stripper software. No guarantee is given or assumed of the functionality of any portion of the Dream Stripper software on any specific computer system or configuration.

Any change, deviation or exemption from the conditions expressed in this

license agreement must be authorized in writing by Ensign Games Inc., Inc.

By visiting DreamStripper.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and DreamStripper.com or its affiliates.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to DreamStripper.com or to products you purchase through DreamStripper.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate DreamStripper.com's intellectual property rights, DreamStripper.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Illinois, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

DREAMSTRIPPER LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By accessing the product, registering for or subscribing to DreamStripper you agree to the following conditions: 1. This Subscription Agreement is made between you as the user and Ensign ENtertainment Inc. as Publisher of DreamSTripper on line software. By registering as a user and by using the DreamStrippersite products you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Subscription Agreement. You may print and keep acopy of this Agreement. Publisher may change the terms in this Subscription Agreement at any time andfrom time to time. When the terms are changed, Publisher will notify you by email or online postings. The changes will also appear in this document, therefore you should bookmark this page and check back regularly. If you agree to be bound by the changes Publisher has made to this Agreement, you must click on the “AGREE” button at the end of the Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription to DreamStripper. If you do not click on the “AGREE” button but access the Web Site after Publisher has notified subscribers of a change in the Subscription Agreement, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by all of the changes. The information contained within DreamStripper Magazine and its affliated website(s) DreamStripper.com and DreamStripper.net (hereafter referred to as DreamStripper Magazine) and its aliases, if any, is the property of Ensign Entertainment. As a lifetime subscriber, you are entitled to read all parts of DreamStripper at http://www.DreamStripper.com (or other approved DreamStripper Magazine sites) for which you have been authorized. DreamStripper Magazine is an on-line product only. You may keep an electronic and/or print copy of such pages as you wish, in unaltered form, for your own use. Other than this, you may not, under any circumstances, reproduce or retransmit the information contained in DreamStripper Magazine. YOUR ACCOUNT If you use the DreamStripper Site and forums, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password and for restricting access to your computer 1. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY (a) As part of the registration process, you will select a password and a subscriber ID. You also must provide to us certain registration information, all of which must be complete and accurate and updated by you if any such information changes. You may not (i) select or use a password or subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use another subscribers password or subscriber ID or allow any other person to use your password or subscriber ID. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your DreamStripper subscription. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your password and subscriber ID. (b) You are responsible for all usage or activity on your DREAMSTRIPPER subscription, including use of the DREAMSTRIPPER subscription by any unauthorized third party. You shall immediately notify DreamStripper Magazine, at DreamStripper@gmail.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your DREAMSTRIPPER subscription, or of any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or subscriber ID. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your DREAMSTRIPPER subscription. At Petal Pusher Press’s sole discretion, we may refer you or the matter to appropriate law enforcement agencies. (c) You will be responsible for all charges incurred while your DREAMSTRIPPER subscription is being used. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. 2. VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT If you are found to have violated this agreement, you agree to the termination of your subscription and/or free access immediately and WITHOUT refund, and agree to dispose of all copies of the information you have obtained from DreamStripper Magazine. 3. LIFETIME Your subscription is for all products produced in the DreamStripper Product Line and sold on line for so long as Ensign Entertainment produces products for sale on line, No renewals are needed. Ensign Entertainment shall have no further responsibility or liability should it cease to produce or distribute DreamStripper prodicts. There is no refund for any cancellation of the Life Subscription. You are responsible for maintaining a correct email address with Ensign Entertainment Inc. to which notices of new products and product keys can be sent. 4. TERMS AND TERMINATION This Agreement shall be effective as of the moment you subscribe to the DREAMSTRIPPER, and it shall remain in effect unless and until terminated as provided herein. This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason at any time. (a You may terminate your DREAMSTRIPPER subscription and this Agreement at any time by canceling your subscription from your PayPal account. (b) Ensign Entertainment Inc.may, at its sole discretion, terminate, or suspend your subscription access and this Agreement for any reason, including, without limitation, your violation of any law, rule, or regulation or breach or assignment of this Agreement. 5. GENERAL Arbitration. Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in conjunction with this agreement or any breach thereof, shall be arbitrated by the parties before the American Arbitration Association and under the rules then obtaining for that Association. Arbitration shall be initiated by written notice to the other party, stating the claim, dispute, or controversy which is to be the subject of arbitration and the relief sought. The arbitrator shall be limited in his consideration and decision to the matters stated in such notice and to matters raised in response thereto by the responding party. The arbitrator shall award to the prevailing party, in addition to any amount otherwise payable, the costs of the arbitrator and the conduct of the arbitration (but not including such party's attorney fees and expenses). The arbitration shall be held in Chicago, Illinois, unless both parties otherwise agree. This Agreement contains the final and entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral or written agreements regarding your use of the Services. We may discontinue or change the Services, or their availability to you, at any time. This Agreement is personal to you, which means that you may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone. No third party is a beneficiary of this Agreement. You agree that this Agreement, as well as any and all claims arising from this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America applicable to contracts made entirely within Washington and wholly performed in Washington, without regard to any conflict or choice of law principles. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of this Agreement will be an appropriate federal or state court located in Austin, Texas.

Refund Policy

Ensign Games. will not, provide refunds for the purchase of DreamStripper after the product activation is complete.
